Crispian Consulting’s primary mission with Be the Fulcrum® and the Fulcrum-centric Leadership® model is to provide emerging and high potential leaders with the resources and tools to become more confident, effective and balanced leaders. Using the Leadership Fulcrum Assessment©, we help leaders understand their natural tendency in all four of the critical leadership domains. With our program of instruction we provide the skills, knowledge and tools needed to understand the situation and shift between the exclusive and inclusive tendencies as needed to restore balance in each domain. We offer an array of webinars, retreats, seminars and individual coaching to meet the needs of our clients.
Our secondary mission is the help senior executives and HR professionals assess and select leadership talent for their organizations. We tailor the Leadership Fulcrum Assessment© for 360-degree assessment of specific individuals and within teams. We also offer workshops and seminars in behavioral interviewing techniques to improve candidate selection to ensure the best fit between the individual and the organization.
Be the Fulcrum® is the leadership development, training and consulting branch of Crispian Consulting, Inc. Using the Fulcrum-centric Leadership® model in conjunction with the Leadership Fulcrum Assessment©, Be the Fulcrum provides for increased self-awareness and situational awareness to help leaders at all levels communicate more effectively, adapt and make decisions more appropriately, focus on what matters and influence successfully. By stripping leadership down to these four critical domains, we provide the most straight-forward yet comprehensive model for action as a leader. Developed with emerging and high potential leaders in mind, our program will also help senior executives and HR professionals select and assess the best people to lead in their organizations.
Crispian Consulting offers specialized consulting services for individuals, companies and government agencies along two lines of effort: leadership development and military subject matter experts/expertise (SME).
Our Military SME branch has worked with technology companies and government agencies like the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and the U.S. Army Research Institute for the Behavioral Sciences (ARI) to develop material and non-material solutions to problems ranging from mission command and computer-human interaction to understanding the elements of inclusiveness in an organization. We ensure low-risk, high-quality results by placing the right experts with each client based on client needs and the desired outcomes.
